The film is about the struggle for survival of a female ibex herd in the face of climate change. Together with the growth of alpinism climate changes increase the greatest natural threats to mountain goats such as starvation in late winter, avalanches, falls fromsteep cliffs and predation. The documentary follows their adventures and the remarkable adaptation strategies they deploy to adapt.
