The Many Faces of Nature

Lihula Culture House LobbyHaapsalu Photo Club is a group of photography enthusiasts who meet regularly, learn new skills, organise photo exhibitions and go on photography trips. Our members include experienced photographers as well as those who are just taking their first steps in photography. Club members often photograph nature, as nature is an endless source of inspiration, offering a vast playground for photographic exploration. Among us are several photographers whose favourite subject is birds, as well as those who capture light, seasons and weather phenomena. Some focus on landscapes, animals or plants, while others notice even the tiniest living creatures. This is how this year’s exhibition, “Multifaceted Nature,” came about, offering a cross-section of the diversity of nature as seen through the cameras of our club members. The Haapsalu Photo Club has now organised its nature photography exhibitions at the Matsalu Nature Film Festival on ten occasions. This year, 11 members are participating with their photographs, presenting nearly 20 works in total.
