Healing human relationships with the wider natural world is among the most pressing challenges of our time. In this talk, Alice Eldridge, Professor of Sonic Systems at the University of Sussex, will introduce the field of Ecoacoustics and share projects that combine ecology, technology, the arts, and Indigenous cosmovision. She will illustrate how learning to listen to ecosystems can support nature recovery through monitoring, while also regenerating and protecting our vital relationships with the wider web of life through artistic practices.
