For a long time, the life of the Common Swift remained a mystery to us, but technology has helped reveal the secrets of its remarkable life. Its migration, feeding habits, nesting behaviour and other ecological characteristics have amazed many. But they have also raised concerns, as the Common Swift population is declining rapidly in several European countries. This presentation will explore the life of the Common Swift, why it is struggling, and what each of us can do to help this remarkable bird. Presented by ornithologist Marko Mägi. The presentation will be in Estonian.
