In this seminar, Canon Nordic photographer Terje Kolaas offers a unique insight into how he works

Terje Kolaas, born in 1978 is from Norway, an internationally recognized nature photographer
specializing in birds. He is especially known for his creative and often minimalist style in bird
photography. His images have won awards in some of the world’s largest photography
competitions and have appeared on the covers of national and international magazines. He has
also written and illustrated several books about birds and photography.
Birds are also Terje’s profession. In addition to working as a bird guide and teaching bird
identification at Nord University, he is a sought-after lecturer and workshop leader on both
Norwegian and international stages for nature photographers.
