“If Nature Could Speak: The Voice of Biodiversity Amidst Human Activity”

25.09.2025
12:15 - 13:45
Lihula manor

What happens when human activity changes the homes of animals and plants? Can nature adapt or will some species disappear forever? In this workshop, you will step into the shoes of nature and humans, look for real examples from Estonia and the world, and create your own scenarios for the future. Through various activities, you will understand how closely your daily choices are connected to biodiversity. At the end of the workshop, you will make your own personal “nature pledge” to change something for the better. Come and discover how we and nature can survive together! The workshop will be conducted by students of the Viljandi Cultural Academy of the University of Tartu.

Target group: 10th-12th grade
